Personal Background Growing up in a military family afforded me the opportunity to experience life in communities up and down the eastern seaboard as well as Navy bases in Italy and Cuba. After graduating from college I moved to Portsmouth, New Hampshire and have lived in the Seacoast ever since. The quality of life, wonderful schools, beautiful beaches and our proximity to the White Mountains, Boston and the coast of Maine are just a few of the reasons my husband (Brad Russ, Portsmouth Police Chief, retired) and I have lived and raised our three children on the seacoast.
