About Miriam

Miriam’s interest in real estate first started at the young age of 23, when she purchased her first home in Texas. Working for British Airways, Miriam frequently traveled, and over the next few years bought and sold multiple properties from Texas to Maryland and England. In 1997 Miriam moved to London and lived there until 2001. After working for British Airways for 12 years in Sales and E-Commerce Training, Miriam relocated to the Mount Washington Valley in 2003, where she purchased the Bartlett Inn and several other Bartlett, NH and Maine properties. For the next 14 years, Miriam worked hard renovating the inn and cottages and streamlining the business into a very successful hospitality property while simultaneously managing several successful affordable long term rental investment properties. In 2017, after selling the Inn, Miriam became a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Lifestyles. As an expert in real estate and hospitality business management and operation, Miriam now assists buyers and sellers with the purchase and the sale of commercial properties, 1031 Tax Exchanges, hospitality and lodging properties, investment properties, residential homes, and land. Miriam has combined her experience in sales, home ownership and hospitality with her passion for real estate to help a variety of sellers and buyers to achieve their dream of business, hospitality, and home property ownership. She has extensive experience in the buying and selling process, home ownership and the hospitality business as well as improving and managing investment properties, which will greatly benefit both her buyer and seller clients.
