About Jan

Jan has been an active REALTOR® in the Mount Washington Valley for the past twelve years, with the village of Chocorua being her speciality. Prior to her advent into the local real estate business, she was a summer resident in the Chocorua Basin Neighborhood. Jan moved to the Mount Washington Valley permanently in 2001 and soon joined Lloyd and Day Real Estate. Upon retirement of the principals of Lloyd & Day, Jan joined the team at Coldwell Banker Lifestyles. Jan's expertise & knowledge of the general Tamworth area, along with the greater Mount Washington Valley, will greatly benefit both her buyer and seller clients.
