About Susie

Susie's personal and professional life has been chock-full of adventures and lessons about the value of a great community experience. From the sandy beaches of the Jersey Shore to the mountains and lakes of New Hampshire; it was these places, at an early age, where Susie discovered the essence of the phrase “location, location, location”! As a skilled agent, Susie draws on her experience selling single-family, waterfront, condominium, land, boat slip, rental/income, and multigenerational properties. She is an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Seller's Representative Specialist (SRS), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and GREEN Designee. Susie completed her undergraduate degree from The University of New Hampshire in Community Planning and Development, a natural complement to her REALTOR® role. She has been an active community member and business owner in the Kearsarge-Lake Sunapee Region for more than 40 years.
