About Karen

Karen specializes in residential homes and estate sales on and off the lakes. Karen values her lifelong ties to the Sunapee Region and especially loves spending time at the cottage her grandfather built. Karen believes that real estate is a people business first and takes all of her client's needs and specific life situations to heart. As a past president of the Sunapee Region Board of Realtors, serving on the board of directors for four years and volunteering with youth sports, Karen believes in giving back. Karen's other interests include golf, remodeling houses, building spec houses, investing in commercial real estate and especially spending time with her husband, twins Henry and Max and their dog Fred.
