About Emily

Emily Baldwin was fortunate to grow up immersed in the Dartmouth community rooting for “The Big Green.” She also wore her Maroon proudly as she attended Hanover High School. Later, she switched to Baby Blue as she completed her BA in Comparative Literature at Columbia University and finally moved to Scarlet Purple while she obtained her MS in Marketing at New York University. After her studies, Emily spent the next 20+ years working in Public Relations and Marketing in the Greater New York area. She specialized in consumer lifestyle and tourism accounts and enjoyed the opportunity to travel and visit her many clients around the world. When her family grew, so did her need for different types of housing. Emily developed a passion for decorating, staging, and selling numerous personal homes while turning a healthy profit. She excelled at locating off market properties and seeing the potential where others did not. Her skills caught the attention of some realtor friends in her New Jersey community and then later in New Hampshire, where she was asked to lend a hand on some pre-sale transformations and advised countless others in their plans. In fact, it was what lead her to becoming a real estate agent; she loves bringing a home to its full potential – whether her clients want to buy and stay or prep and sell – all while not breaking the bank. In 2017, Emily decided to move back home to New Hampshire full-time in the hopes of sharing her New England upbringing with her three sons. She quickly became involved in the New London/Kearsarge PTO where she took on many leadership roles. She and her sons – and black Lab “Jack Black” – greatly enjoy both lake and mountain life and take advantage of all the activities that each affords. She can relate to those considering leaving “City Life” behind, as she has done it herself, and she is also always happy to consult on staging and selling or staging and staying projects. Emily is a trusted real estate advisor, with extensive personal experience in leveraging real estate for financial opportunities, as well as finding "the perfect home" – be it a "diamond in the rough" or a polished "move in ready" property. And, of course, she will be rooting you on throughout the entire process keeping it professional, painless and perhaps even fun! – regardless if you are partial to green, maroon, blue or purple.
