About Ben

Ben with his wife Amy, and son's Tucker and Andrew, live in New London. Ben has been an active Realtor since 1997, currently serves as the 2023 President of the New Hampshire Association of Realtors, and is also a member of the very prestigious National Association of Realtors Leadership Academy. Previously Ben owned and operated Cushing Real Estate in New London before starting the Cushing School of Real Estate where he taught real estate courses to those interested in getting a license as well to Realtors needing continuing education credits. He’s an esteemed professional being awarded the 2016 Realtor of the Year Award by the Sunapee Region Board of Realtors, and the 2019 Distinguished Service Award by the NH Association of Realtors. Additionally, from 2016-2019 he served as the Treasure for the NH Association of Realtors, and is also a member of the Honor Society and a RPAC Major Investor. Ben is very excited to join Coldwell Banker Lifestyles and looks forward to working with everyone. In his own word, ”I feel like I have come home. The New London, Lake Sunapee Region is my home.
