Winn is a multi-disciplinary Realtor at Coldwell Banker Realty in Nashua, NH. Her passion for real estate teamed with her expertise has made her highly sought out. She is a RCS-D trained Real Estate Collaborative Specialist who helps people avoid common (and uncommon) real estate pitfalls with a proven strategy that will preserve credit scores, maintain homeownership eligibility, and provide necessary due diligence to allow clients to make informed decisions. If you are going through a divorce (or even thinking about it), or working to protect a family estate, Winn will work with the attorney(ies) to fill case file gaps that will protect the client and the house! In addition to buying and selling properties, she loves to design and flip houses. Winn lives in Milford, NH with her three children. She is passionate about advocating for children with diabetes. Her goal is to educate, as well as increase awareness and fundraising for diabetes, as well as moving towards a cure for T1.
