About Stephen

Hello and thank you for visiting my page. I am the Regional Vice President for Northern New England and the Vice President of Growth and Development for Coldwell Baker Realty, Northeast Region. My role is to work closely with branch leaders to craft and execute strategic business objectives aimed at propelling offices and agents forward within the Modern Agent model. With a focus on the evolving landscape of the industry, I prioritize agent support which fosters sustainable growth amidst rapid change. On a personal note, I am a resident of Bedford, NH and a graduate of the University of Tennessee and the University of San Diego. I am also a Veteran of the U.S. Navy. My wife, a Nashua native, and I are active in the area. We enjoy traveling to the Caribbean and are avid dog lovers.
