About Constance

Constance Spencer’s love of real estate is life long, but her path to becoming a successful broker was long and peppered with extraordinary experiences that she draws from to help each client achieve their desired outcome when buying or selling their homes and investment properties. As a child growing up in the Midwest, she studied the design of homes from the frequent road trips her family made, and then into college as a history major after graduating with her accounting degree. The wanderlust from those early road trips never left her as adventure in Alaska called to her in her twenties. She loved the vastness of Alaska and was the manager of a historic hotel before starting her family. During her very busy years of having four children in seven years, she worked for a small real estate firm and learned more about real estate investing and sales. She purchased her first investment property during that time and learned that cashflow gave her the freedom to work part time and spend the precious early years with her children. Life changes and adventure brought Constance and her family to New Hampshire in 2014, and she quickly became a licensed salesperson in 2015. Soon after she purchased her first multifamily in New Hampshire which allowed her to focus on becoming a full time agent and landlord. In 2021 she passed her brokerage exam and now is the team lead/broker for the Independence Realty Group. She is passionate about helping clients write their stories with real estate whether that is a family home or investment property. She and her partner now have a few investment properties in Manchester. She loves helping others become more financially independent! She has been very active with a variety of schooling options for her children and is happy to discuss charter schools, homeschooling in addition to local public schools. She is currently on the board of directors for Latitude Learning Resources in Derry, NH. Now that two of her children are adults, she has more free time to devote to hiking, kayaking, remodeling and home improvement projects, and community building.
