About Kathy

Kathy is a mother of three, wife, and lifelong native of NH. Real Estate has been a true lifestyle for her the last 18 years! Kathy has co-owned a real estate company, trained and mentored new agents, and assisted in all aspects of administrative, marketing and management during that time. Almost two decades of representing Buyers and Sellers, and the lasting friendships and neighbors that are built from that, are what keeps her going. The market challenges bring with it many instances where education, consideration and patience are needed, and this is where her experience and knowledge come in. Kathy’s spouse is a Police Sergeant and has been a Law Enforcement Officer for 11 years. Although they don’t get a lot of time off together, they truly value family time. They enjoy camping, home projects, coffee dates with friends, and watching their infant daughter grow and experience new things.
