Some folks have been here over 50 years, theres a mix of ages throughout. They don't make parks like this anymore. There's a day dock for pickup and drop off. Some residents have a mooring or boat slip (there's a waitlist) others valet with various marinas in the area.It may look small on the outside, but is surprisingly spacious on the inside. Two bedrooms with queen beds, a bathroom that could win awards and comfortable kitching/living/dining. It has a nice separation of space you don't often find in seasonal homes.
