About Loren

Loren specializes in commercial real estate (retail, office, industrial, land) sales/leasing and acquisitions in and around the Upper Valley. He also operates Upper Valley Apartments & Self Storage, a technology-centric property management company serving the multifamily, single-family rental, Airbnb, and self-storage communities. As a commercial real estate agent and property manager, Loren can expertly advise his clients about the real estate side of any transaction, whether the business purchase involves buying, leasing, negotiating new terms, or lease assignments. Loren is a licensed Property Inspector (VT and NH) and Professional Engineer (VT and NH). He has taught real estate and entrepreneurship courses at Colby-Sawyer College, and a construction accounting and financial management course at Norwich University. Loren has degrees in engineering (BS, MS), business (MBA), and computer modeling (Ph.D.). His integrity, work ethic and market expertise have enabled Loren to consistently help his clients achieve their real estate investment goals.
