About Kyle

A New Hampshire native, Kyle Shepherd, has lived in the Grantham/Eastman community his entire life. He was a competitive swimmer for the Lebanon High School swim team and attended Vermont Technical College for Construction Management. He completed a yearlong course on Information Technology (IT). This course not only taught Kyle the ins and outs of computer technology but it also taught him how to effectively and objectively communicate in person and online. In an increasingly digital world these skills are not only important but necessary for a successful Real Estate transaction. As a second-generation Real Estate agent with a background in construction, Kyle has a unique and helpful perspective in real estate.
