About Kimberly

Kimberly first fell in love with the Eastman community after visiting her parents. The abundance of outdoor activities appealed to Kim, and after spending more than 17 years as an elementary school teacher in the Littleton, Massachusetts school district, Kim retired from teaching in 2020, and made the move to Eastman. After relocating to Eastman, Kim was hired to manage the Yankee Barn Homes Properties at Eastman program. This is a new venture between YBHP and Eastman, which allows buyers to purchase turnkey homes without all of the stress that usually comes with building a new home. Kim works closely with her clients throughout the entire build process. Becoming a real estate agent seemed like the perfect transition as she will be able to work with a large range of clients, whether they want to build a custom home or a turn key home. When she is not assisting her buyer and seller clients, you can find Kim paddle boarding and kayaking on Eastman Lake, or hiking & biking the beautiful area.
