About Andy

Andy Dunberg brings a lifelong dedication to service, strong business acumen, and a deep appreciation for the New England lifestyle to his real estate work. Originally from Northern New Jersey, Andy is a graduate of Clifton High School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Fordham University. He spent over four decades as Vice President at Central Engineering and Supply in Passaic, supporting the construction and industrial sectors of New York and New Jersey. He later served as Field and Service Manager for A&M Industrial in New England, further expanding his leadership and problem-solving expertise. In 2021, Andy followed the wise advice of a friend: “Live where others come to vacation.” He relocated to the Eastman Community in Grantham, New Hampshire, and has fully embraced life in the Lake Sunapee Region. Whether he’s golfing at Eastman, fishing on the lake, enjoying local dining, or cycling the scenic Upper Valley roads, Andy thrives on the natural beauty and strong sense of community that defines the area. A passionate advocate for Alzheimer’s research, Andy serves on the Executive Leadership Committee for the MA/NH Chapter's Ride to End ALZ. He’s completed multiple 48-hour non-stop cycling challenges in both New Hampshire and New Jersey to raise funds and awareness for the cause. Andy’s clients benefit from his local knowledge, strong work ethic, and sincere commitment to helping others find their place in this special part of New Hampshire.
