About Jason

Jason is a real estate advisor and active investor who brings a deep background in financial services and understanding customers’ needs to every client relationship. Having personally bought and sold homes across the country from city loft condos and historic Victorian houses to lake properties he understands the decisions, tradeoffs, and details that matter in a successful transaction. He combines business and finance acumen with a practical, client-first approach to help buyers and sellers navigate the process with confidence from strategy and pricing through negotiation and closing. Jason and his partner, Lindsay, have spent much of the last two decades in and around New Hampshire’s Lakes Region. They currently split their time between Meredith, New Hampshire and Charlotte, North Carolina, and Jason holds active real estate licenses in both states. Jason’s relentless work ethic, clear communication, and strong organizational skills keep clients informed and transactions moving forward.
