Dawn Egan, REALTOR®, at Coldwell Banker, Gilford, NH As a seasoned realtor with 5 years of experience here at Coldwell Banker. Real estate isn't just a job for me, it's my passion. Over the years I've owned and managed more than a dozen properties throughout the Lakes Region. My experience buying, selling and with property management, will serve my clients well. I'm a treasurer on a Multi-Unit Condominium Association, thus, I know the importance of being fiscally responsible. You can trust I'll share this responsibility with all clients. Outside of Real Estate, I've retired from many years as Health Unit Coordinator in the busy Emergency Room at Concord-Laconia hospital. I've built a wide sphere of influence, both at the hospital and in the community. Whether you need recommendations on contractors, lenders, title companies, or the local scene, you can trust in me to help. I've dedicated many years volunteering as a Mentor in the FRIEND'S program, aiding young girls in need. I am proud to be a donor to the Lakes Region Scholarship Foundation and the St. Jude hospital. Previously, I loved spending time with my late husband John, boating and kayaking from our home on Lake Opechee. I am now in a beach community on Lake Winnisquam. I am very familiar with the entire Lakes Region. I'm the proud Mom of 2 great adult children. John, an entrepreneur, and Jackie, an Emergency Room Nurse who resides in Florida. As a long-term resident of the Lakes Region, I have an appreciation of the beauty offered through all of the Seasons.
