About Kevin

A New Hampshire native, Kevin was born and raised in Stewartstown and is a graduate of Pittsburg High School. After working for more than a decade at Ethan Allen Furniture, he made the switch to a career in real estate in 1987 by opening and managing a branch office in Colebrook, NH, for an area real estate agency. Beginning in 1999, Kevin made daily pilgrimages to the Littleton area, serving as an Administrator and Broker Associate for the same agency. Active with the Realtor organization at the local and state level, he has twice served as President of the North Country Board and has twice been named its Realtor of the Year. Kevin joined the Coldwell Banker Lifestyles team in September 2013. On a personal level, when Kevin and wife Paula aren't working on their circa 1870 home, they can be found gardening, traveling about, and very involved in family related activities. They also have two grandsons who keep them very busy, especially so in the wintertime as they make frequent forays to Stowe, Vermont, to watch them play hockey. Kevin also has some other “after hours” interests, which include hiking the local peaks and hunting. As the Managing Broker of the Franconia office, Kevin says he feels privileged to work with such a talented staff of real estate professionals.
