Phil has over 40 years of experience in the construction and property management industry and once was even directly responsible for the oversight management of over 28 million square feet of commercial property. He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering-Technology from the University of Houston. Phil, along with his wife Melissa, live in Madison, New Hampshire, where Phil is involved in local boards and is active in his Church.
