About Rachel

Rachel is an 11-year real-estate expert who has represented a wide variety of residential, land, and commercial buyers and sellers. She specializes in the Concord, Kearsarge and Sunapee areas. Clients consistently value her integrity, hard work, service, and attention to every detail of real estate transactions. Thanks to her exceptionally loyal clientele, personal referrals and repeat business form the foundation of her career. She has lived in the area for over 26 years, giving clients the advantage of her extensive knowledge of area communities, schools, attractions and most importantly the market. Rachel is an active member of Sunapee Region Board of Realtors, now serving for the second time as Education Chair. She is a well-respected community volunteer, having served on the board of Warner Youth Sports Association for 12 years, and has been president for the past 5 years. Rachel is an avid skier and hiker, and loves cooking for both small and big groups . She lives in Warner, NH with her husband and two teenage sons.
