About Jim

In 1997 , Jim left his career on Wall Street where he had tended to the needs of the rich and famous and escaped to NH. His last posting in NY was at the World Trade Center. In 1998 he earned his NH real estate license and since then has closed well over 300 properties of all types here in the lakes region. While in college Jim worked for the NYC appraisal dept where he gained valuable experience which he has put to excellent use in valuing properties. He specializes in waterfront and water access properties but has handled almost all kinds including land and residential properties.
