About Randy

Randy was born and raised in the Newfound area and currently resides in Meredith, New Hampshire. Randy has spent the first 20 years of his professional career as an engineer with Freudenberg-NOK. He is now an Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker Old Mill Properties where he specializes in Property Management. When he is not selling or renting Real Estate, he spends much of his time on outdoor activities such as golf, motorcycle riding, hiking, kayaking, etc. He is active in his community helping out with non-profit organizations such as the Tapply-Thompson Community Center and Community Services. Randy also owns a property maintenance business (Colby Property Maintenance) which specializes in yard maintenance, snow removal, and handy man projects.
