Born in Topsfield and attended Masconomet Regional High School in Boxford, MA where I played football, basketball and baseball. It seemed natural for me to choose Plymouth State College where I graduated with bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Growing up summers were all about spending as much time as possible at my aunt and uncle’s lakefront cottage in Bridgewater with family and cousins. The memories of swimming, boating, waterskiing, and horseshoes during the day and the cookouts and family card games at night, made the Newfound Lake Area always feel like my “home away from home.” After graduating, I spent a few years working on the seacoast in Portsmouth. Newfound was calling and in 1985 joined my parents Bud and Ruth, who had worked for a well-established real estate firm In Bristol since 1977. Ruth was best known for handling all the rentals around the lake. When my parents retired, I cared for them in my home. Learning the business through my family, I came to appreciate how important those bonds and relationships are. That experience has given me the skills and knowledge to best assist buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. Whether it is their first home, a condominium or townhouse, lakefront cottage, income property, or land, I give all my customers my complete attention. Longevity in this great business has provided a lot of satisfied customer relationships for over 36 years. Nothing brings me greater joy then when I find the best buyer possible for one of my listings, getting them the best return possible. Equally rewarding is finding one of my buyers their dream home or vacation paradise. When taking time away from work I enjoy movies, hiking, following the Red Sox, Patriots, Celtics and Bruins, and spending quality time with my girlfriend Karen Long Bay in Laconia.
