BACKGROUND: Originally licensed in Real Estate in the 1970's, I left the business in the early 80's to pursue a career in High Technology where I worked in various management capacities for several billion-dollar companies. In the late 80's and early 90's I owned and operated my own excavation and concrete placement company preparing building lots, installing septic systems, and pouring concrete foundations and slabs. In 2003 I resumed my career in Real Estate where my vast knowledge of construction has proven extremely helpful to my clients when buying or selling their home.
