About Shelly

A lifelong Lincolnite, Shelly began her real estate career in 2005. Prior to working in real estate, she helped others in the nursing and childcare fields. She and her husband, Tod, are owners of Stertz Family Homes, Inc., which has found a niche building high quality homes at an affordable price. When not busy with real estate, Shelly enjoys the outdoors and values quality family time. She collects antiques, enjoys a good movie, and likes to attend her kids’ sports events.
