About Kim

Kim is a lifelong resident of Denton, Nebraska, which is about 5 minutes southwest of Lincoln. She grew up on a dairy farm and is proud to say her son, Vinnie, is a fifth generation farmer. He is carrying on the family legacy. Kim has been active in real estate for more than 22 years, starting as an investor in rental property. She became a licensed Realtor in 1998 and has enjoyed helping hundreds of people facilitate their transactions. Whether you are buying a fixer upper to flip or rent, or your dream home, Kim will look out for your best interests in your investment. If you have a home to sell, she will work hard to get your home moved in a timely manner. In Kim's spare time, she loves spending time with her family, and of course, her dogs. She loves going to barrel races with her daughter, Holly, and cheering her on while she runs her quarter horse, Dee. She is still on the farm schedule for her appointed days to bottle-feed baby calves.
