A Bellevue native, Michelle (Missy) Nieves has always been deeply connected to her community especially since her family roots in Nebraska go back to the 1800's. After attending local schools, she pursued her passion for education, earning her teaching degree and spending 25 years guiding all ages of students from preschool to middle school grades. Her experience in education instilled in her compassion, patience, and perseverance—qualities that now serve her well in real estate. While teaching, Missy invested in rental properties, having already learned the fundamentals of real estate from her father, a residential real estate appraiser and broker. After stepping back from teaching, she furthered her expertise by training in real estate appraisal while earning her real estate license. Now, Missy combines her personal experience in real estate investing, her deep knowledge of property valuation, and her natural ability to connect with people to help buyers and sellers navigate the market with confidence. Her creativity, strong moral compass, and work ethic ensure that every client receives personalized attention, expert guidance, and unwavering dedication.
