About David

Born into a military family on the other side of the world, David Nieves has called Bellevue home since arriving here as a child in 1969. A proud product of local schools, David’s journey has taken him across the globe, but his heart has always remained in this vibrant Nebraska community. Before stepping into real estate, David pursued a career in Wildlife Biology, capturing the beauty of nature through his camera lens. His passion for storytelling led him to publish four books, including two children’s books filled with his wildlife photography. Alongside his writing, David also founded and operated a non-profit organization that raised scholarship funds for students and supported conservation research—a testament to his dedication to giving back and helping others succeed. After years of traveling, David returned to Bellevue to raise his three daughters and reconnect with the community that shaped him. Now, he applies his global experiences, unique problem-solving skills, and deep understanding of people and cultures to helping individuals and families find their perfect homes.
