“I have been involved in real estate since I was 19, when I purchased my first SFH property in Fredericksburg, VA a handful of weeks before my 20th birthday. I always knew I wanted to work in real estate, and I leveraged my career as a Software Engineer to fund the investments that I made. When I moved to Omaha, NE last year and did market analysis, I felt I had finally found a market that I could sell effectively to in and out-of-state investors, & NE homeowners alike.
