About Macon

Macon was born and raised in Wilmington, NC, and enjoys everything the city has to offer. He worked in customer service and sales prior to joining Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, and he brings that same mindset to helping his clients. After graduating from high school, he had the opportunity to play Division II lacrosse at Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, NC. After two years of collegiate lacrosse, he chose transfer to UNCW, where he completed his B.A. in Management and Leadership. Macon is a second-generation Broker/REALTOR®, following in the footsteps of his mother, Brooke Sumner, who inspired him to pursue a career in real estate. He obtained his real estate license after graduating from UNCW in 2024. Outside of work, Macon enjoys surfing, exercising, and spending time with his family. In addition to real estate, he is a certified personal trainer and has a passion for fitness and health.
