Hoggard High School before earning a degree in Finance from the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW), where he developed a solid foundation in business, investment analysis, and market strategy. Layton’s professional background is diverse and hands-on, spanning several industries that have shaped his comprehensive understanding of real estate and property operations. He has worked in the custom home building industry, gaining firsthand experience in construction, design, and project coordination. He has also managed rental properties, strengthening his expertise in property management, asset performance, and client service. Additional experience in the commercial hygiene and HVAC industries has further enhanced his knowledge of building systems, maintenance standards, and operational efficiency. Currently, Layton serves as a real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, where he leverages his financial background and industry experience to guide clients through residential and investment transactions.
