About Carol

She has since done residential real estate sales, owned her own property management company and also been a partner in a residential real estate sales firm. Carol started her real estate career over 25 years ago in residential property management. . She is so excited to be in this area learning all about Southport and Oak Island and of course being close to the beaches. She joined Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage in June 2014 as the managing broker of the Southport and Oak Island offices. Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage is top notch and offers the agents every tool they need to be successful in real estate. Her real estate career path has taken her from Columbia, SC to Charlotte, NC, back to Columbia, SC and recently relocated to Wilmington, NC to be closer to her daughter, son and son in law Real estate has been has been her life.
