Ashley is a University of Georgia graduate and seasoned real estate professional with deep roots along the North Carolina coast. Originally from Greenville, NC, she has been visiting Bald Head Island since birth and has spent decades on the Intracoastal Waterway in Hampstead, developing an intimate knowledge of the coastal landscape, waterways, and island communities. After beginning her career in Atlanta—where she was named Rookie of the Year in Buckhead North—Ashley returned to coastal North Carolina to be closer to family. She brings firsthand experience across multiple market cycles and stays at the forefront of real estate technology, market trends, and National Association of Realtors standards. Known for her discretion, integrity, and strong local relationships, Ashley is a savvy negotiator who protects her clients’ investments with care and precision.
