About Alina

In 2021 Alina moved from California to North Carolina after attending San Jose State University to get her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Right after graduation, Alina first landed in Ft. Bragg, NC where she truly enjoyed working with Veterans and their family’s to help them buy and sell their homes. In March of 2022, Alina fell in love with Wilmington because of the opportunity that South Eastern North Carolina has to offer, from its miles of pristine beaches to its growing community full of friendly and welcoming people. Alina’s background in business administration has given her the tools needed to be devoted to her clients and do whatever it takes to make their buying or selling process as seamless as possible. She specializes in helping sellers who could not sell their home on their own or with another agent. Her work ethic and local knowledge won her runner up to Rookie of the Year out of all of the 24 of Coldwell Banker's Seacoast Advantages offices.
