About Nur

My name is Nur Darar (pronounced nor duh-rar) I am a North Carolina native born and raised in Raleigh. I moved to Washington, Nc in the summer of 2021 to help my parents with the opening of The Mulberry House, an upscale casual restaurant, coffee shop, rooftop bar, event space, and future boutique hotel. I have grown very fond of the Washington area and I am excited to see it grow and develop as more people start to recognize how special it is. I have a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship & Business Development. I really loved the time I spent in Wilmington! Some of my favorite activities, hobbies, and interests include Soccer (I've played since I could walk), Golf, Snowboarding, Skateboarding, Hiking, Traveling, Food, Cars, Business & Finance, Economics, Real Estate (of course), and more recently Cigars. I am the proud son of an Egyptian Immigrant who taught me the value of hard work, dedication, and working for yourself. My Dad is a self-made man who came to this country at the age of 24 with no money and a dream. He is my role model and has inspired me to be an entrepreneur just like him. As a new realtor, I am driven and passionate about helping clients find homes they love, as well as helping with listing properties for sale.
