About Amie

Prior to entering the world of Real Estate as an agent, I spent over 30 years working in education and workforce development, holding leadership roles at George Mason University and ThermoFisher Scientific. In 2017, my husband, Tim, and I returned home to Beaufort County. I soon became involved with Beaufort County Community College, most recently serving as an Academic Recruiter. Those experiences developed my skills in communication, organization, and relationship-building—all of which I now bring to my role as Managing Broker with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage in Washington. As Managing Broker, I’m passionate about supporting our agents and creating an environment where they can thrive. Whether it’s mentoring someone new to the profession or helping a seasoned agent grow their business, I believe in fostering collaboration, professionalism, and integrity. I also am looking forward to recruiting both new and experienced Realtors® who are excited to be part of a supportive and community-minded office. A lifelong advocate for community, I’m proud to serve as the Chairman of the Beaufort County Community College Foundation Board, where we raise funds that directly support student scholarships. In 2026, I’ll step into the role of President of the Washington-Beaufort County Board of Realtors, and I look forward to working alongside my colleagues to strengthen our association and our profession. Tim and I enjoy time with family and friends, being at the beach, and traveling whenever we can. We’re also members of First Presbyterian Church of Washington, where we sing in the choir and I’m grateful to serve as an Elder. For me, real estate is more than transactions—it’s about people, relationships, and community. As the Managing Broker, I will do my best to ensure our agents are supported and our clients feel valued.
