Having been the wife of a Marine for 20 years, I know the stress, joy and excitement of packing, coordinating and executing a relocation with kids, cats and dogs almost always on my own. The unknown of moving to a new state, region and area has always been a new adventure to which I have risen to the occasion with commitment, courage and integrity. I have been involved in real estate since 2000. During that time I have assisted with renovations, securing financing and the purchase/sales of various properties to include mobile homes, townhomes/condominiums and single family homes. In addition I am familiar with the processes of foreclosure and have dealt with many different trustees, banks, court house procedures and closings/recording documents. I enjoy participating in the process that leads a forgotten house to become a treasured home once again. What some people call flipping , I've always referred to as Neighborhood Renovation . I hold the Strategic Pricing Specialist designation which educated me specifically in setting the best listing price possible to meet my sellers' goals.
