Originally from Miami, Florida, Dan moved to Eastern North Carolina In 2010. As an avid boatsman, fisherman, and animal lover his attraction to SE Carolina was an obvious choice. He fell in love with the community and jumped on an opportunity to open the Gator Hole Country Store in the Winnabow area off Highway 133. His Loyalty and commitment to his customers paid off and the business was very successful for 10 years. Now, he brings his energy and his “do the right thing” attitude and attention to details to simplify the process of buying and selling real estate in SE North Carolina.
