About Whitney

For 15 years, Whitney Hurlbrink worked in the hospitality industry – starting as a restaurant hostess and rising to Director of Operations for multiple locations. The experience honed her business, leadership and customer service skills. Now she has taken that knowledge – and a passion for living in the Sandhills – to serve home buyers and sellers as an agent with market leader Coldwell Banker Advantage in Southern Pines/Pinehurst. “I have always been a people person and very much love the fact that every day I get to meet new people,” says Whitney, who had long been encouraged by Realtor® friends who recognized her abilities. Whitney is especially eager to assist first-time home buyers and growing families like her own – she is a wife and mom to a young daughter and son. New construction, existing homes, farms and investment properties are areas of expertise. “Safe to say that I am able to relate with the military market and growing families since I am living that life myself. I’d love the opportunity to help those relocating find the best home for their new adventure. … I love to meet and help people from all walks of life.” In her free time, Whitney enjoys making memories with her family, including “two large and very lazy dogs” at their home in Carthage. She calls herself “an absolute book nerd.” Giving back is also important to her.
