About Denise

As a long time Johnston County resident, Denise works with Buyers and Sellers throughout Johnston County, Garner and Raleigh. She loves working with First Time Home Buyers as they go through the exciting process of accomplishing their goal of buying that first home. She also specializes in working with Seniors to meet their needs of moving close to their children, downsizing, etc. Says Denise, “I try to stay in tune with my clients’ needs and wants and am always very responsive to their questions and concerns”. Denise also holds the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation specializing in meeting the unique Real Estate needs of Seniors and is a member of the Council for Ageless Residential Environments (C.A.R.E.) encouraging Universal Design Homes so that all owners will have accessibility throughout their lives and be able to stay in their homes longer. She was also named the 2011 REALTOR of the Year by Johnston County Association of REALTORS. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, reading and travelling. I’m also a proud and active supporter of Susan G. Komen Foundation, Easter Seals and the Methodist Home for Children
