About Paola

Paola Tritt is known for her caring and compassionate nature. She is based at the national award-winning Coldwell Banker Advantage in Sanford, N.C., close to Fort Bragg. I am originally from Peru and came to the U.S. when I was 17 and that is when I learned to speak English more fluently,” she says. Prior to pursuing a real estate career, Paola worked for 15 years as a credit and financial analyst for large corporations. As a military spouse, she is also familiar with relocation and life as a service-connected individual or family. Her husband, Josh, is now a retired Green Beret. Paola is a proud wife and mom of three, who range from elementary school-age to college, and “dog mom” to four. “I love my big family,” she says. They make their home in Sanford.
