About Tim

Tim and his family moved to the Raleigh area in 2000 and consider it to be their home. While in the Army, Tim served in Field Artillery units in California, Oklahoma, and Turkey. He loves working with active duty military and veterans and appreciates the sacrifices they have made to serve their county. He has extensive experience with VA loans and how to get an offer accepted using a VA loan. He is a certified Military Relocation Professional. He is one of the top producers in his office, which is the highest volume office in the Triangle. Tim currently serves on the local Realtor Association Leadership Academy and aspires to take a leadership role within the organization. He's redefining client's expectations of what a Realtor does for their clients and does whatever it takes to find just the right property and get his clients under contract. In the past year, his listings have gone under contract in less than one week.
