Having moved 12 times both in Ukraine and the United States, I know how overwhelming the real estate process can be. Having moved this many times, I understand the importance of good communication and consistent feedback throughout the process to alleviate as much stress and anxiety as possible for my clients. I am a strong believer in forming lasting relationships with my clients so I can be there for them even after they have bought or sold their home to meet their future real estate needs. Along with good communication, I also know the importance of making sure I listen to what my clients true needs are when it comes to buying or selling so that they never feel rushed in making these big life decisions. I am very thankful to my exceptionally loyal clients for their personal referrals. Even though I was born in Ukraine, I have called NC my home since 2003 and have gained valuable knowledge of the areas I serve as I have watched them grow and develop over time. The beauty of NC is mesmerizing. My family loves to explore NC as all towns are very unique. We enjoy traveling, experiencing different cuisines, and learning about different cultures. I am an animal lover and have adopted multiple furry friends who have brought joy to my life. My initial working experience in the US started at Karpaty Hardwood Floors - installing, designing, and finishing floors. During this period, I learned the home building process. By remodeling and reselling a few homes, I gained valuable knowledge of renovation and restoration processes as well as profitable investing.
