Hi! I'm Michael Fields , an area native and have been a full time Realtor since June of 1994. I love what I do and feel I am one of the best most experienced agents in the marketplace today. My family can trace its roots to Chatham County in the early 1800's. I was born in Sanford/Lee County NC and moved to Raleigh when I was a teenager. Why that matters is that I'm familiar with most all of the areas/counties in the RTP region and have witnessed the growth and changes so I can accurately convey to you what to expect. I've handled all types of real estate transactions one can imagine including not only residential real estate but farms, land sales and some commercial. If it involves real estate...I've done it! After so many years as a Realtor, my greatest pleasure isn't selling property for the sake of "making a deal" but to use my knowledge of properties but also negotiating skills to help my clients make sound real estate decisions so they also may become good investments. I will be with you every step of the way from contract thru closing and beyond. Most of my clients and their referrals evolve into repeat buyers/sellers. They know I will put their best interests first. I want you to be successful and in turn that creates satisfaction for me...no matter the price point.
