Hi I'm Martha and thank you for visiting my website! I have over 30 years of experience in the credit and finance field in addition to 20 years experience in Real Estate. I was a Credit Manager for Merchant’s Tire Service for approximately 11 years before forming my own company to assist clients in repairing their credit and becoming financially responsible. I am currently a N.C. Real Estate Broker and Financial Literacy Coach for several area Non-Profit organizations. I also served as a loss mitigation counselor working with clients to facilitate alternatives to foreclosure including loan modifications, partial claims as well as short sales. I am a short sale and foreclosure expert( www.safassist.org ) and have a special place in my heart for 1st time homebuyers and veterans.
