I'm a full-time real estate professional, specializing in residential homes in the greater Triangle area, but serving clients from the Virginia border down to the coast, and every town along the way. I've won a number of awards along the way, and most recently, I was named to the Top Producers Council. I'm married to a Cary native, Chelsea, who happens to be the kindest woman I know. We have three kids: Eloise (9), Hopkins (6), and Liston (2). As someone who made the cross-country move to Raleigh, I know all too well just how overwhelming moving and buying a house can be, and I do my best to ensure every detail of your move is worry-free, whether you're moving across the country, or across the street. I've studied marketing and economics at the MBA level, so on the listing side, I offer expert marketing, which includes professional photography and video, 3-D virtual tours, and social media ads, along with the traditional open houses to drive foot traffic and increase attention. I also offer a couple of unique services: not only is professional cleaning and landscaping included for free, but I knock on fifty doors in the area in order to reach the family and friends of your neighbors. Another unique offer: when you list with me, you move for free: all you have to do is pack your things, and I move you to your new home (within a hundred miles of the Triangle area). On the buying side, I'm always glad to share market and neighborhood stats, along with comparative market analyses so you're as informed as possible, and I'm happy to show you as many houses as you need to find your dream house. I can connect you with local lenders, and as your expert negotiator, I'll get you the best possible price and the most repairs I can. I go over every inch of the house during a showing, including the attic and crawlspace, to give you the most complete picture possible on the house you're considering--I'll also go over every detail of the home inspection with you.
