I am a real estate agent, real estate investor, and former builder. My extensive experience in multiple aspects of this industry allows me to show my clients the big picture and best possible outcomes for them when choosing a property. My analytical skills and attention to detail sets me apart from other agents. I not only give my clients the valuable information they need but also analyze data and trends within the industry. I work closely with clients, keeping them engaged in their buying process, helping them navigate any roadblocks or tough decisions that could potentially hinder success. My life is built on the idea that hard work is the only way to achieve success. My previous career was in Information Technology where I received several Achievement Awards for my work at Hitachi Data Systems as a VP in software engineering and was recognized in InformationWeek Magazine when I worked for Tufts Health. I accomplished all this while running my own construction business. I was born in New York City into a family that was destitute. I knew I had to push myself in order to change my circumstances and I continue to keep that same drive today as a real estate agent. I am member of the NCREA, Triangle MLS, National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the North Carolina Real Estate Association. My prior work in Information Technology, gave me the opportunity to travel the globe where I cherished interacting with people and learning about different cultures. I come from a European Spanish speaking background and I am bilingual. I am married to the most amazing woman and have two beautiful daughters. My family has a passion for cultural awareness. We have hosted several students in our home through our daughters’ school’s international program from China and Korea. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and cultures equally and will ensure that all feel comfortable regardless of where they are from.
