If you are looking for an energetic Realtor, who works EVERYDAY, who can take on Work you don’t have time for, that’s definitely me!!! I am a combination of detail-oriented and task-oriented. As a previous educator-type dealing with estate and financial planning as a financial advisor, I enjoy teaching my clients as we go through the process, and love talking about things like pros and cons of home ingredients, floor plans and years built, and where it may be good to live if wanting to be around commercial areas or out in the country. I am an expert in networking with other agents to find that diamond that may not be easily seen, and I have ample energy to get the job done quickly! I am also Excellent at updating you so you do not feel “in the dark!” I have been in real estate for 7 years, and have loved it! I joined the Jim Allen Group 6 years ago, (#1 Realtor in NC, #1 Realtor Firm for Coldwell Banker Nationally, and International Premiere Agent!! ) I have been appointed to the Governmental Affairs Committee & Realtors Political Action Committee for the Raleigh Board of Realtors, was selected for the 2016 Raleigh Realtors Leadership Class of 2016, and have campaigned for Board of Directors for RRAR. I work with buyers, sellers, investors, and local builders! Besides real estate, I attend Wake Crossroads Church in Raleigh, and can put you to sleep with my in-depth knowledge of ancient civilizations and trivial historical facts (I tend to slip 1-2 fun facts in). I am married to my college sweetheart Vivian, a fellow Campbell University alumnus, and currently have no kids! I am an US Army brat who grew up oversees, as my father was a veteran who served in Operation Just Cause & Desert Storm/Shield.
