Originally from Wilmington, NC, Chris has called Raleigh home for the past 30 years. He began his career in real estate here in the Triangle over 20 years ago and is more passionate about the home buying and selling process now than the day he started. In the beginning, Chris began his real estate career selling new homes for several large builders. After a number of standout years in sales, Chris decided to transition into management as Director and Vice President of Sales & Marketing for two of the largest builders in the Triangle. After 9 years in management, Chris decided to go back to his first love, which is directly helping people and families with their real estate needs. He joined the #1 Real Estate Firm in the Triangle in Coldwell Banker Howard Perry & Walston, and has enjoyed quickly becoming a top producer in the #1 office within the firm.
